"Absolute worst customer service. No one calls back, no one emails back. I was in an accident and was trying to get information on my policy and what was and wasn't covered and took me literally almost 2 weeks for a reply, and the reply was. you need to call someone else. This is out of our hands. I have had state farm for home owners before and it was wonderful - clearly not from this agent... Not sure where all the nice glowing reviews are coming from but most certainly not from me. Sent an email 8 days ago with a question again about the payment, 5 days later no reply, sent another email today- shocker- No reply. Happy to be ending service with them this weekend."

"Been with State Farm 20 years. Transferred agent to Khue when I moved across town. Didn't have a chance to work with her until now. I called to get an insurance quote for a new car while at the dealership prior to purchase. The next month I get a bill for triple the quoted increase. I call Khue, but I don't get any real explanation. The month after this I get a bill for an amount 5x the original quoted increase. Her office doesn't even answer the phone. I only see one option."

"It has to do with honesty and integrity. My new insurance company sent a signed confirmation to change my insurance policy. They would not accept the form since it wasn't on their form although it is a legal form. So they sent me one pre-populated and I stupidly assumed the dates would be the same that I sent in. However, they weren't and my policy shows a lapse for 3 days. I didn't realize it until the DMV computers were updated and my new insurance company let me know and dropped my coverage. Then I had to pay almost twice as much for insurance after 29 years of continuous coverage. So now I must pay a fine for not having insurance and I am paying twice as much. When I showed proof they received the fax with the correct form, the office person said the form didn't include the auto insurance and that my State Farm form is what they are going with. I had proof of my intention with a legal document that had both home and auto policies on it. Should I have confirmed the dates, ABSOLUTELY! But Khue and her assistant flat-out lied that they didn't receive the original form and about the fact that the law requires they use the date on the State Farm form. If that is the case, they broke the law with having my home policy cancellation a different date than what's on the form. You can read the BBB complaint also! I learned a valuable lesson for my attention to detail and also that you cannot trust this agency. They were not honest in their dealings with this former customer."
